When you enter a ball park your sole duty is to umpire a ball game as the representative of baseball...
You are the only official representative of baseball on the ball field...
Finally, be courteous, impartial and firm, and so compel respect from all.
As an umpire, you are expected to follow this dress code at all times. Professionalism and respect go hand-in-hand, so keep your uniforms and equipment in clean, working order at all times. |
